Goofy Videos

Evan was in quite a mood this evening. We had to get the video camera out to record how excited and chatty he was.

In this first video, he's running through the yard pointing out the new "tulips" that are starting to bloom in the garden.

This next video is pretty long, but at dinner he was just babbling like a goofball, and we had to record it. He goes on and on about "fixing bubbles," "his broken french fry," "googly eyes," "ceiling fans," and "clocks."

March Madness

It's been a little crazy around the house lately, what else is new. Evan enjoyed St. Patty's Day weekend with Daddy, while Mommy was out of town for work. We've been treated to some great weather the last few weekends and we've taken advantage. Evan enjoys spending hours outside running around and going to the park. The hard part is getting him back inside.

Trains, Trucks and Parks

We just wanted to post a couple photos from another great weekend with our little guy...

At the park, Saturday morning. Still a bit cold, but it warmed up after a few hours.
We got doughnuts after the park.. not sure if he would have let us leave the park without the promise of "doughnuts."

We had to get a photo of Evan in the plaid shirt. He looks so grown up!

Pushing the dump truck in the driveway Saturday evening.
Notice the road, drawn in sidewalk chalk. Evan has a thing for "roads" right now.
And of course we logged a few hours on the tracks... this was our Sunday morning.

Lazy Sunday (& Saturday)

Another great weekend at home with our little guy. Lots of trains... of course. Evan got to go to the big swimming pool at Life Time. We had a great time, and he realy liked the "waterfall." It's one of those mushroom things, where the water flows down from the top. Evan loved going through the falling water and kept shouting "Waterfall!!!"

Here's a VIDEO of Evan playing with his trains, and looking for "Hiro's Tender." We've learned that the tender is the little car behind the engine that carrries all the coal.

Evan really likes the "Town" rug, he's run around the house and says "Town Daddy, Town Daddy!"
